  • Any payments made prior to the cancellation are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Real Graphics:

  • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a project.
  • If we cancel a project, any payments made by the client will be refunded in full.

3. Termination of Service Agreement:

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing with a notice period as outlined in the agreement.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding payments for completed work will be due immediately.

4. Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly.

5. Changes to the Policy:
